I can’t even begin to describe how amazing this place is. My grandfather sent me a link to them doing a hearing aid giveaway and asked me to enter him to win. Not thinking anything of it, I entered him and asked family members to do it also. We recieved call on Monday that grandpa won and we set an appointment for his hearing test for Tuesday. We had no idea what to expect. Upon walking in, there were a couple other patients there. All of the workers knew them on a first name basis. You could tell they cared about their people. Adam, who called us about him winning, greeted us with a smile and helped us during the appointment. He was so sweet. You can tell he is a genuinely great person. By the time we left, he hooked grandpa up with an amazing pair of hearing aids. He has very severe hearing loss, so this was amazing for our family. Since leaving the office, he has been so excited to hear little noises again. Most of all, he was excited to hear his great grandson (2 years old) speak to him over the phone. I can’t express how thankful we are. This place is absolutely amazing. We will be back for check ups, and I will 100% refer anyone to them. If you want a place that is full of genuinely good people that care about their patients, I recommend you go here.

Went to professional hearing in Burton mi to get a hearing test and new hearing aids. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional. When Jon the audiologist gave me my hearing test he was very pleasant and professional he took time to program some hearing aids for me to try. The testing area was very clean and professional.
